About the role
InnerPo is an early-stage startup entering the market with its first product. We're building a digital platform for businesses and are at an exciting stage: our product is meeting real users, we are learning from the market, improving the product, and preparing for growth and scale.
We are looking for a high-performing Junior Software Engineer with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for learning to join us at this stage. This is a rare opportunity to experience a startup from the inside, at a point where every product decision matters - from talking to customers and analyzing user behavior, to writing code and shipping improvements to production.
You will get exposure to the full journey from technology and product to customers, business, and Product-Market Fit. The goal is not simply to write code, but to understand why we are building it, who we are building it for, and how it impacts the product and the business.
What you'll do
- Ship frontend + backend features across web and mobile (Next.js, React Native, Supabase)
- Respond to customers, provide technical support, and turn feedback into product improvements
- Monitor the system in production and jump on issues fast
- Analyze user activity, traffic, and product-usage data
- Own critical bug fixes, releases, and production stability
- Improve algorithms, dashboards, and product interfaces
- Take on marketing, sales, or Customer Success work when the business needs it
- Later on, develop new features and take increasing ownership of significant parts of the product
What we're looking for
- Computer Science graduate with strong academic achievements
- Strong programming skills in React + TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Comfortable with Tailwind and component systems like shadcn/Radix
- Familiar with PostgreSQL / Supabase - queries, permissions, and RLS
- Good understanding of Git
- Comfortable working in Hebrew and RTL environments
- Strong independent learner with a real sense of ownership
- Excellent teamwork skills - very important to us
Nice to have
- React Native / Expo experience
- Experience with AI/LLM systems, embeddings, or language-model APIs (Anthropic, Gemini, …)
- Experience with SaaS or consumer-facing products
- Familiarity with analytics, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Experience with payments or subscription systems
- Familiarity with the Haredi market and content-filtering constraints
Work conditions
- Full-time - 7 hours per day
- Fully remote - we do not have an office
- Availability for at least 5 hours during morning hours (Israel time) is required
- Flexibility for meetings and team sessions during evening hours when needed
